2000mm Water Pressure + PU-Sealed Seams
A 2000mm hydrostatic head rating puts this cover in genuine heavy-rain territory — the same standard used for entry-level camping tents. Water won't push through the fabric even under sustained downpour. The four-line parallel stitching at every major seam isn't just for strength — each seam is overlaid with a PU heat-sealed strip that creates a glossy, impermeable barrier directly over the thread holes. This is where budget covers fail first: water seeps through the needle punctures. Our seams are sealed at the factory, not left to leak.
Webbing Lock Hole
At the front wheel position, a reinforced webbing loop with a metal grommet lock hole lets you thread a cable lock or disc lock through the cover and the wheel simultaneously. One lock secures both the bike and the cover.
Buckle Wind Lock
Wind lifts covers. Sometimes it lifts them clean off. A heavy-duty black nylon strap with a side-release buckle runs across the underbelly of the cover, clipping together beneath the bike. Cinch it tight and the cover can't balloon upward in gusts — the buckle holds the two sides anchored to each other.
Mesh Ventilation — Dry Inside, Dry Outside
A hot engine and a cold night create condensation that settles on every metal surface under the cover. Mesh ventilation panels built into the cover body use a hexagonal honeycomb weave — open enough for constant air exchange, tight enough to block debris. Warm, humid air escapes as the engine cools instead of condensing on chrome, chains, and brake rotors.
Night Reflective Panels
A black cover on a black motorcycle on a dark street is a hazard. Two vertical reflective strips at the front and rear of the cover solve this with a fluorescent orange webbing base wrapped around a central grey retroreflective band. Headlights hit the grey strip and bounce back — the same technology used on road-worker vests and emergency vehicles. During daylight, the bright orange itself makes the bike stand out in a crowded parking lot. Stitched in, not glued on — the strips won't peel after a summer of heat cycling.
Elastic Hem — Grips Without Straps
The entire bottom perimeter is fitted with a heavy-duty elastic band sewn into a gathered hem casing. The fabric bunches into tight, even pleats around the elastic, creating a self-adjusting grip that conforms to the shape of the wheels and frame. When you pull the cover down over the bike, the elastic snaps the hem inward against the tires — no additional straps needed at the bottom. Combined with the buckle strap at the belly, this gives you compression from both directions: elastic hugging the base, buckle anchoring the middle.
