280G Polyester Fabric with PU coating
Ours is woven at 280 grams per square meter — solution-dyed before weaving so the color is baked into the fiber, not printed on top. No peeling. No chalky fade
PU Coating — Waterproof Where It Counts. Both sides of the fabric are sealed with a polyurethane coating. Rain beads on contact and rolls off before it can soak in.
Our canopy includes reinforced drainage eyelets at every low point. Water drains on its own
Reinforced Edges
Every edge is double-stitched with thread. Corners are reinforced with heavy-duty grommets that won't tear out under tension. The pull strap connection point gets triple-layer reinforcement — because that's exactly where budget canopies snap first.
Multi-fold Storage
It employs a full-length double-line stitching technique. When folded, the fabric forms neat, uniform louvered pleats that stack flat without twisting or tangling. This is why the awning remains upright when extended and can be neatly folded away when closed.
Reinforced Attachment Points
Each sunshade panel is suspended with consistent U-shaped drop cords—no sagging in the middle and no pulling at the edges. The connection tubes at the top of each pleat feature a three-needle reinforced structure, which is the area subject to the highest stress on any retractable sunshade. The fabric is tight, uniform, and has clean edges, with no loose threads or frayed cuttings.
